This new key, an evolution of the 2135QPTi, offers a superior power of 10%, better control and improved reliability.
Ingersoll Rand, world leader in tools and equipment for industry and production, has just introduced its new 1/2 "Titanium Impact Key, the 2135QPTiMAX.
"The 2135QPTi has always been highly valued by our industrial customers and assemblers," said John Schofield, Director of Industrial Solutions Marketing at Ingersoll Rand. "Our new model relies on this platform to provide even more advanced functions for industrial maintenance, repair, operation or assembly technicians. "
With a maximum torque of 1054 Nm and a torque of 1486 Nm, the new 2135QPTiMAX provides maximum power. While offering an additional 10% torque to the original model, thanks to improved air flow, the new impact wrench still weighs only 1.84 kg, which is the best power-to-weight ratio of its category. The 2135QPTiMAX still benefits from the innovations that have made the worldwide success of the 2135QPTi range.
The TwinHammer ™ twin hammer strike mechanism delivers more power per kilogram and is less sensitive to fluctuations in air pressure than other models. Furthermore, the choice of Titanium for the casing of the striking mechanism has made it possible to achieve weight gains and achieve exceptional durability and robustness, which no other material can guarantee.
This new model has also been significantly improved in order to guarantee optimum control of tightening and loosening. Its patented trigger, patented, and extensive power settings allow for more effective clamping regardless of the application requirement. The one-hand inverter allows the operator to move easily from one task or application to another.
For the 2135QPTiMAX series, Ingersoll Rand also provides maximum reliability to its users by offering them a free extended warranty of two years with tool registration. This new model has an optimized air flow for maximum efficiency and maximum performance.
The 2135QPTiMAX has an air consumption, a total cost of use and less downtime than the competing models. To increase its service life, the tool is equipped with a titanium hammer case, engine-treated and anodised flanges and components made of special alloys.
