This new machine, the In-Die has the vocation of automatically feeding inserts (nuts and studs) cutting / stamping presses while respecting the high industrial rates.
Designed and manufactured by PennEngineering, an American manufacturer whose TITANOX Industrie exclusively distributes in France, the In-Die is a production system in the order of 100,000 pieces / year that works in masked time; Which means that the part produced receives the inserts at the same time as it is manufactured. This advantage leads to the elimination of a production step and consequently to obtaining a less expensive cost / piece.
It is composed:
· Of the feed system of the inserts,
· Crimping heads,
· Of the control device.
Built on a mobile trolley with castors with stabilizing cylinder, the In-Die moves from one press to the other with ease. Its connection with the press and the press tool is realized in less than 3 minutes. Equipped with a hopper and one or more vibrating bowls, it offers a single or multiple distribution (up to 6 channels).
