WorkPLAN is a range of ERP and Project Management Solutions for make-to-order manufacturers, service companies and job-based businesses. WorkPLAN was designed to automate and support their business activities.
WorkPLAN covers the management of all your business activities, from quotation to sending the invoice to the customer.
WorkPLAN offers the following features:
Quotations: the "DEVIS" module lets you define parameters to produce a quick and accurate costing for a project or job, and keep a history of revised versions with design changes, options, services and overall budget.
Sales Tracking: this module is essential as it contains all technical and financial data such as project preparation, routines, costs, profits/losses, financial statements and order status reports.
Information Management: this module makes it easy to find documents and data related to your projects. It also lets you retrieve information from past projects (quotes/orders). Receive email alerts for quotes to send, project progress status, inventories, etc. Manage and track your actions using the customizable task list.
Purchasing and Inventory Management: this module lets you automate the creation of supplier requests for quotation, purchase orders for jobs or stock maintenance, subcontracting orders, order receipt, traceability and supplier invoices. Maintain your stock levels, manage prices and stock movements, and define reorder levels, safety stock quantities, etc.
Planning & Simulations: schedule your resources by drag and drop in the interface. Create a GANTT chart that takes into account the available capacities of your resources. Export results to MS-Excel or MS-Project for easier information sharing with your partners.
Production Management: collect actual times to get a report of the effective time spent by your employees and machines using touch screens or barcode readers. Help your managers by letting them check who performs which task and on which machine. The shop floor view allows real-time activity monitoring.
Quality Management: comply with ISO standards, identify sources of non-quality, and improve quality through measurement, analysis and correction steps.
