For its fourth participation in the trade fair CFIA, KUKA announces a complete range of new palletisers loaded loads and a configurable packaging application.
First of all, the Titan, the latest generation of the German manufacturer, is now available as a palletizer: the robustest robot on the market, the KR1300PA, which boasts 1,300 kg of payload at 3.2 m.
Arm stretches are also available. Second mechanic, entirely new, the KR700PA is a robot 4 axes that carries 700 kg to 3.3 m. Last but not least, the KR300PA and KR470PA are the 300kg and 470kg variants of a 5-axis hollow wrist mechanic with a 3.1m range.
Packaging applications are often similar. And they all demand high rates. With its experience in the food industry, KUKA has developed a configurable standard application whose essential components are:
• two scara robots in tracking vision spreading products that scroll on a conveyor
• KF_Vision allows quick connection of 2 cameras to a KUKA robot. This option has 2 graphical interfaces, one for the configuration of the connection and the other for the visualization of the coordinate tables sent by the cameras.
• KF_TrackingVision, which depends on KF_Vision, adds additional elements for the implementation of a multi-camera, multi-conveyor and multi-robot vision tracking system. Several simple graphical interfaces make it possible to quickly configure the system, such as communication and distribution of products between the robots.
On the CFIA 2009, KUKA will welcome you to Hall 7 stand A14-B13
