This range, available in 3 versions: Monojet, Monojet Light and Multijet, is designed for plasma surface treatment at atmospheric pressure.

These devices use the technology of a plasma flow. The plasma stream can be enriched, if necessary, with special gaseous substances. These treatments before bonding modify the surface energy either by increasing it (plastics) or by cleaning it (metals, glass, ceramics).

The power in the plasma varies for the Monojet from 200 to 2000 W and for the Monojet light up to 300 W. The treatment torch is placed a few millimeters from the parts in order to obtain an optimal surface treatment. The surface treatment capacity can be up to 70 mm for the Multijet, the Monojet treats a diameter of 30 mm and the Monojet light up to 12 mm.

The equipment is easy to use, both in a continuous manufacturing process, on high production lines and in a manual manufacturing process. They are small and easy to integrate into an automated line.

In addition, they can be used on any material without restriction: plastics, metals, ceramics, glass, carbon-based material, semiconductor etc. It is therefore unnecessary to change equipment according to the materials used, just adjust the operating parameters.
