Tightening and tensioning torque wrench Traax
Friday, October 10, 2014Description :
Equipped with a specific sensor, this key will not only perform the clamping but will also instantly transmit all measurements of the clamping voltage to the TRAXX M2 to which it is connected.

The particularity of this key is to be able to take into consideration all the approximate movements of the operator during tightening. The TRAXX Key has been designed with a patented system that will allow the sensor to keep in touch with the head of the screw, and thus to support the movements and trembling of the user's hand without distorting the Thanks to the special positioning of the sensor.

This clamping key therefore grants a degree of freedom of movement to date, while preserving the quality and relevance of the measurements made.

Thus ensuring the conformity of the screwing, the key TRAXX thus allows to respect all the design parameters given by the CAD, but also to suppress any stoppage of manufacture resulting from a problem of measurement of the screwing.

Thanks to an adaptable tip, this key adapts to most of the market screws used by manufacturers for their assemblies.

It can be used in all industrial sectors incorporating sensitive screw connections, at all levels: Design, Development, Production, Expertise, Industrial maintenance, ...

As part of a measurement with the Traxx M2, the TRAXX Key will find particular value in the field of industrial maintenance, whether curative or preventive. In fact, once the tightening has been carried out, the Traxx key can then be used only to check the state of the clamping tension. To do this, simply put the tip of the key on the screw, the Traxx M2 device connected to the key synchronizing the measurements made with all the data kept in memory. With this data, it will not necessarily be necessary to unscrew and screw an assembly to ensure that it is in good condition, the measurement carried out during maintenance will indicate precisely which assembly is not in conformity.
