The new CNC PREMIUM 4820 from ISEL® allows very fast machining of molds and tools thanks to a very precise HSC milling technique. Quality control, time cycles measured in milliseconds and a high frequency spindle are the quality characteristics of the system.
The output can be optimized with 5-axis machining or with laser sensors for 3D digitization and quality control.
The premium 4820, very compact, adapts to all types of workshops. Steel studs and a granite table ensure stability and high precision. A completely protected mechanism as well as a dust protection system allows the work of graphite.
A linear powered motor is available as an option. This technology eliminates gap, mechanical friction, axis play, or positioning problems. It does not cause wear.
